Pryes IdyllForest Je Te Kiffe Tropical Fruit Wild Sour Ale

Pryes Idyll Forest Je Te Kiffe Tropical Fruit Wild Sour Ale. “See the forest for the flora.”

7.1% ABV, Pryes Brewing, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Clear, bright orange hue, slim white head.

In the nose: funky, wild and fruity. Definitely taking on a tropical tone. Pomegranate and papaya. (Label says passion fruit and dragon fruit…ooops.)

In the mouth: extraordinarily tart, immediately sour. Tropical notes aplenty, but just a touch of sweet. Quite enjoyable for the sourheads out there.

Unfortunately, I have come to the conclusion that I am just not one of them. I could not finish this bottle. A smaller bottle or a modest glass, sure, but this best for sharing.

"Indulge in a visually striking experience with our tart, hot pink, bottle-conditioned, wild-fermented ale, elevated by the exotic allure of dragon fruit and passion fruit. Crafted with meticulous care, because every impression counts.”
