Venn Mosaic Columbus Double IPA

Venn Mosaic Columbus Double IPA. 8.2 % ABV. 75 IBU. Venn Brewing, Minneapolis, MN.

Clear, bright golden hue, large white head, looking good.

In the nose: bold citrus-y aromatics. Little bits of berries. Delightful.

In the mouth: Bitterness begins, hoppiness dominates, and it swings from bitter to sweet. Blend of fruity and citrus-y hops, lots of pop. An absolute joy to drink. Clean body, light malt, easy drinker, despite the booze. This one went down so fine and so quickly.

Grapefruit, pine, resin. A West Coast-style double IPA featuring Mosaic & Columbus hops.

Malts: Domestic Pale, Red Wheat, Munich

Hops: Warrior, Columbus, Mosaic (United States)

Yeast: American Ale
