Junkyard Final Boss New England Style Double IPA

Junkyard Final Boss New England Style Double IPA. With Citra, Bru-1, Galaxy, and Wai-iti hops.

8.5 % ABV, Junkyard Brewing, Moorhead, MN.

All the haze and the fuzz. Bright golden hue, large, lush and lasting snow white head.

In the nose: Ah, yes. Beautiful. Citrus-y, zesty, fruity, floral, and fun.

In the mouth: Mild bitterness, ever-present hoppiness, bursts of citrus and stuff. Plenty of fuzz. Plenty of juice, orange and melon, fresh and delicious. There's just enough bitterness in this that I don't get all cranky and curse all of the young whippersnappers, it clings to the palate so long that I'm no longer Old Man Yells At Clouds. Juicy, juicy, juicy, says Cary Grant, and along comes the booze, lifting it up to the higher heights.

New England Style Double IPA that was hopped with Citra, Bru-1, Galaxy, and Wai-iti. This bad guy boasts earthy flavors and melon notes. The palate is complimented by aromas of sweet orange and pine. These factors combine to create a dank beer with a lasting bitter finish that can’t be defeated.
