Falling Knife Tomm’s Classic American Lager.
4.8 % ABV, Falling Knife Brewing, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Clear, bright yellow, full ivory head, soon slimming.
In the nose: light hops, slightly citric, touch of cereal grain, typical light lager nose, but done well.
In the mouth: much lemon. Kiss off the hops. Lightness of body, smooth drinkability, utterly pleasant. Wisp of malt. High quality. I get it. It’s what would happen if Hamm’s wasn’t so damned cheaply made and terribly boring.
Our take on a Classic American Lager, the kind of beer you pound while building a brewery
