Sisyphus Straight out of Chester (CT)

Sisyphus Straight out of Chester (CT) New England IPA.
6.8 % ABV. 50 IBU.
Sisyphus Brewing, Minneapolis, MN.

Hazy, bright golden hue, large and lasting ivory head.

In the nose: Citric, slightly tropical, a touch of pine. Nice. Lovingly pleasant.

In the mouth: Sweetness, hoppiness, and utterly smooth and beautiful. A delightful ale. My favorite kind. touch of sweet, pinch of hops, drizzle of bitter. Altogether smooth, light bodied, delicious.

Good IPA and you can drink it.

Our Head Brewer took a trip out to Connecticut to visit an old friend/regular that started Little House Brewing in the town of Chester. This beer is straight out of Chester, as they shared their yeast blend and Hazy IPA Secrets with us to create this Connecticut IPA.
