Unmapped Sour Eclipse Pineapple/Tangerine.4.7 % ABV. 7 IBU.
Unmapped Brewing, Minnetonka, MN.
Wholly hazy, pale orange color, slim white head.
In the nose: Funky & fruity, deep citrus.
In the mouth: Sweetness at sour at the start, refreshing and juicy. Light bodied, delicious and sour. Pineapple and tangerine flavors are popping. This is quite nice.
I was a little worried about this sample, because I inexplicably waited a couple of weeks (or was it three) before open it up for note-taking, but nothing seems to have fallen off or lessened at all.
This is one of those beers that you have to go to the brewery in Minnetonka for, or one of those bars that have it on tap. I don't know which ones they are now, but I know which one will in the future.
