Boom Island Chill Lacs Session IPA

Boom Island Chill Lacs Session IPA. 4.8 % Alc./Vol. 44 IBU. Hops: Chinook, and Wai-iti.
Boom Island Brewing, Minneapolis, MN.

Hazy orange, tidy white head.

In the nose: Mildly hoppy. Soft and citrus-y.

In the mouth: Malt and hops board the palate with equal aplomb. Earthy & spicy, cool, clean, and very mellow. Long bitter finish. A lot of tastiness going on in this one. I could definitely do a session or so with this one.

An easy-drinking IPA? Some said, "Impossible!" We say: "Chill Lacs." Inspired by Minnesota’s 10,000-plus lakes or "lacs", this session IPA has a delicate citrus nose and just a hint of bitterness. Enjoy a crisp, clean finish -- perfect for any season.
