Classic hefe weizen look with this one, nicely hazy, golden hued, booming, flowering head, gorgeous snowy white head.
Aroma: soft, fresh, lemon, and light spice. Flowery and slightly sweet. Lovely.
Taste: mild and mellow, with notes of citrus and spice. Nice wheat texture, smooth and easy-drinking. Minor bitterness, just enough to keep it interesting. Along comes some banana, to join the lemon, orange and spice.
