Town Hall Pollen Party

Town Hall Pollen Party. 7.3% ABV. Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery, Minneapolis, MN.

Clear, amber-ish hue, slim white head.

In the nose: Big on the sweetness, high on the honey. Not a whiff of hops. Meager malt. But interesting.

In the mouth: Spicy, sweet, herbal notes aplenty. Smooth malt mouthfeel. A tangy kick keeps coming back on the palate, tickling the tongue. Hops are popping. Tasty. Sweet, strong, snappy.

Nice one. I wouldn't go back to it often, but I can appreciate it.

Brewed with Vienna malt and wheat, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Fuggle hops, dandelion honey from Bar Bell Bee Ranch located in northern MN, and a blend of garden herbs.
