Thornbridge Jaipur IPA

Thornbridge Jaipur India Pale Ale. Innovation. Passion. Knowledge. 5.9% aLC/VOL. "The immediate impression of Jaipur this multi-award wining India Pale Ale, is soft and smooth, but this rapidly build around the mouth to a crescendo of massive hoppiness."

Clouded, light golden color, slimmed, dotted white head.

Aroma: soft, then spicy, hoppy, a little citrus-y, touch of tropics.

Taste: Clean, zesty, mellow. All that at once. Chock full of hops, but at the same time restrained and cool. Rather groovy, super-keen, but perhaps lacking in spark. Spark, smirk, when it's tasty and pleasing as this.
Quite enjoyable on those terms, though.

At the price, I'll hold off on revisiting this one.
