Town Hall Vernal Vine IPA

Town Hall Vernal Vine IPA, West Coast style IPA hopped with Amarillo, Equinox, Mosaic, and Simcoe. All the good hops. 7.5% ABV. IBU:???

Clear, bright golden, slim white head.

Aroma is poppin' with hops. Bright, citrus-y, with tropical tones taking over. Mango and pineapple are king. Sweet and lovely.

In the mouth: Smooth, light-bodied, with a long-lasting bitterness burning on the palate. Fruity, juicy, and just a touch astringent. Back and forth between juicy and bitter. I call it delicious.

Kind of lean on the malt side, but it's all to keep the hops in focus. You've got to love the bitter with this one, and you know I do. Bitter hop flavor lays way back on the palate, and clings. I happen to love it.
