Finch's Secret Stache Stout

Finch's Beer Company Secret Stache Stout, Ale brewed with Vanilla. Chicago, Illinois. Alcohol 5.3% by Volume.

Appearance: solid blackness, cocoa/tan head, leaving lace. Looking good.

Aroma: cocoa and cream, and, yeah, vanilla. Espresso traces. Slightly sweet.

Taste: Smooth and creamy entrance on the palate. Low hop bitterness, all is calm and just a little sweet. Medium-bodied, loads of sweet, malty flavors, well-balanced.

The label art is inscrutable, and that space is free of any and all gobbledygook. Just the way I like it.

Utterly pleasurable and ridiculously drinkable. Good beer, you can drink it, what else do you want?
