Goose Island Turbo Juice DDH DIPA.
8% ABV, Goose Island Beer, Chicago, IL.
Clouded, bright golden hue, large, lace leaving ivory head.
In the nose: soft, fuzzy, and on the citrus quotient.
In the mouth: blasts of citrus, lemon, lime, orange, a touch of grapefruit. Touch of tropical, bit of grape, all soft and smooth. Low bitterness (i.e. I don’t like it.) It’s so thoroughly DDH ‘d that I can’t get the DIPA. The booze is coming on, if not the bitterness.
DDH DIPA - Citra, El Dorado, Vic Secret and Galaxy hops.
