Clear, caramel brown color, large and lasting creamy white head.
In the nose: sweet and malty. Cocoa and cream, caramel and toffee.
In the mouth: comes on with a richness, sweet, robust, big and malty. Some dark fruit notes pop up, a bit of vinous-ness. Caramel and toffee, with a trace of cocoa and coffee. Hops peek through a bit, but booze becomes the shining star. Full-bodied, but a long, malty finish. Excellent nightcap. Nightly-night.
