Lightly hazed, bright golden color, slim white head.
In the nose: hoppy and fruity, some citrus, some tropical, a bit of sweetness.
In the mouth: smooth and soft, with minor bitterness. Tangerine and papaya, with a pinch of pineapple, and just a dash of grapefruit. Pretty mellow stuff.
If you like your hazies, this one is not too shabby, there.
A shining champion arrives with a bright spectrum of complementary hops, guided by the dank, resinous Apollo. Complex hop expression lands in a soft, smooth body and finishes with a refreshing bite.
