Ommegang Glimmerglass Saison, Brewery Ommegang, Cooperstown, New York. 5.4% "spring saison."Lightly clouded, bright orange hue, bright and lovely white head.
Spice in the nose, then citrus-y notes, and good helping of Belgian yeast. Soft pepper notes.
In the mouth: slightly hot & spicy from the start, light bodied, but loaded with flavor. Delightful, delicious, and (de-)lovely. Easy-drinking, thrillingly complex, malty enough....yeah. I call it "yum."
