In the eye: Clear, bright golden color, slim, but sturdy and staying white head.
In the nose: Beautiful, bold citrus aroma with tropical traces. Juicy, sweet, mild bitterness.
In the mouth: Here's where the bitter comes in, bracing and astringent. Fierce citrus and pine. It's just what I like in an IPA. Lower alcohol, light body, but never-ending hop flavors.
This is great little IPA, gives me what I want in a neat little package, for easy consumption. Good IPA and you can drink it, that's what I mean. This mini growler will be empty in no time.
Session IPA hopped with Eureka! and Denali.
