Mahogany hue, clear, creamy, tanned head.
In the nose: sweet and malty, caramel-y, classic.
In the mouth: rich and malty, with restrained sweetness All smooth, all the time. Clean and balanced. Small bitterness. Maybe too sweet? No, say I, it’s just right. Awesome bock! I have thoroughly enjoyed this.
