Inbound Silence of the Bock Doppelbock.
Dark brown, opaque, tan head.
In the nose: slightly sweet, malty, caramel.
In the mouth: rich, robust, well-rounded. Delicious stuff. Caramel and cocoa. Malty, full-bodied. Just strong enough.
It’s a good old fashioned doppelbock and I don’t get enough of those.
