Dangerous Man Deer Stand Lager.
4.2 % ABV, 12 IBU, Dangerous Man Brewing, Maple Lake, MN.
Clear, pure yellow, slim white head.
In the nose: grainy, cereal, faintly malty.
In the mouth: crisp, clean, light. That’s about it. That’s all you need. Slightest flavor. Better than Hamm’s. Superior to Grain Belt. Beats out Schell’s.
Well, maybe it’s even better than that.
A Lager with a sturdy backbone. A dash of citrus and pine. With the crispness of a cool fall day. Best enjoyed after a long day in the woods.
