Hazy, pale & pinkish appearance, slight white head.
In the nose: Tart from the start, floral & fruity, definitely raspberry.
In the mouth: Begins with a serious sourness, fading softly on the palate. Good amounts of fruit, a touch of sweet to offset the sour. Lightish bodied, refreshing and quaffable. Nicely balanced, not much from hops & malt, but just enough to keep the sweet & sour from being too much so. Nice sessional sour.
Our tart American fruited Berliner Weisse that combines raspberry with hints of passion fruit, creating a crisp and approachable Kettle sour.
