One of the last of the bottles brought back from Des Moines a few months back, from this now-defunct brewery. 7 % ABV.

Thoroughly hazed, deep crimson, no head.

In the nose: Big time sour from the start. Intense, fruity, lovely and promising.

In the mouth: Blast of sour and fruit kicks it off, big pucker on the palate. Big, bold fruit, and exceptionally refreshing. Juicy stuff, very blueberry.

Good sour blueberry ale and you can drink it. Glad I got to, twice. (Once at the brewery, as part of a flight.)
