Bauhaus Froth Bite Dry-hopped German style Pilsner.
4.9 % ABV, 35 IBU. Bauhaus BrewLabs, Minneapolis, MN.
It's about time I got around to this beer from the Bauhaus Freezebox. It's not freezing anymore. Snow is melting, temperatures are rising. And no one is getting frost bite. That pun is dead. Let's drink a bneer.
Clear, bright yellow coloring, small white head.
In the nose: floral, light citrus, minor hops.
In the mouth: Clean and smooth, but something short of crisp. Soft, for sure, light, and exceptionally easy drinking. Appealing flavors, quite tasty, lightly hoppy and ultimately quaffable. A delightful little pilsner.
