Dark brown, with reddish edges, and a slim tan head.
In the nose: soft and malty, some roast. Moderate bitterness, not a trace of sweet.
In the mouth: Here comes the roast-y malt, with a good dose of bitter bouncing off the palate. Ends nice and dry, urging another sampling. Copious chocolate notes, a splash of dark fruit. Has the sweet, has the dry, well-balanced all the way.
Good porter, and you can drink it.
Sessionable English-style Porter.
