Clear, bright golden hue, tall head of ivory foam, drifting down to a stable size.
In the nose: Sweetness. Slight citrus. Little slice of spice and funk, Belgian-style.
In the mouth: More of the same. Briefest bitterness. Lean, clean malt. Easy-going and just enough tasty. Touch of honey notes. Every bit lovely and exceptionally drinkable.
I don't often go for this type of ale, but I can recommend this one. Go out and drink it.
Light and refreshing Belgian blonde ale.
