5.5% ABV, 25 IBU. Badger Hill Brewing, Shakopee, Minnesota.
Clear, amber hued, slim white head.
In the nose: malty-sweet, earthy, bright. Highly likable.
In the mouth: malty, smooth, delicious. Medium bodied, moderate hops, excellent balance. All the right malts in proper order. Classic märzen flavor, perfect for festing the night away. I’m glad I grabbed some of this before it went away.
