Wild Mind Lunch Money Double IPA

Wild Mind Lunch Money Double IPA, Hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe.

8.4 % ABV. 40 IBU. Wild Mind Ales, Minneapolis, MN.

Another Wild Mind crowler brought at the source. Another snappy label design. They've got some pretty pictures on their beers, that's for sure.

But, about the beer:

Clear, bright golden hue, slim white head.

In the nose: Stone fruit and citrus. Slight sweetness, overall pleasant.

In the mouth: Hits the palate with a powerful collaboration between bitter and sweet. Big citrus, fat slice of dank. Deeply fruity, lushly malty, with encroaching alcohol adding to the mix. Tasty. Bewitching. Entrancing. Thick and boozy. Much of muchness. I dub thee, Awesome!

Hopped to oblivion with Mosaic and Simcoe, this double NEIPA was brewed with 2-row, malted oats, malted wheat, and flaked wheat to provide a thick, pillowy mouthfeel. Delightfully dank with heavy tropical and citrus fruit aromas, Lunch Money is sure to catch the eyes of grade school bullies everywhere with lush fruit notes to accompany some seriously dank hop flavor.

I have to wonder why they describe this as a "double NEIPA", when it is most definitely clear. Also, why are they marketing their beers to grade school bullies?
