 Surly Direct Current IPA. 6.5 % ABV. 

Surly Brewing, Minneapolis, MN. 

Clear, bright golden hue, large and lasting white head. Looking good. 

In the nose: Bold citrusy aromatics, lemon and then some. 

In the mouth: There's a hoppy bite up front, just a touch of bitterness. Overall, mellow and smooth. Light bodied, easily consumed. Juicy for a minute, then all turns dry. More citrus, more judicious hop bitterness. 

Fairly tasty stuff. Good IPA and you can drink it.
