To they eye: Dark, deep, full, rich, cocoa-tinged head. Looking very nice.
In the nose: Ah, sweetness! Much cocoa in this, and I'm getting the cream. Little bit of roast, and it's nice, very ....wait, I said that twice already. Very right on....how's that? Right on, it is.
In the mouth: Full body. Rich, sweet, smooth, very tasty. Yeah, all right. Low bitterness, big ...but not too big, sweetness. Very high in the chocolate department. Nice. Damn. Too many nices! But, it is, it is, it is.
I like the double in this stout, and I don't mind the milk. It's a hearty one, and it's going down smooth.
