9.5 % ABV, Beer Club Brewing , Mora, MN.
Mostly clear, bright golden color, slim white head.
In the nose: high spice, big bubblegum, bold citrus. Certainly cardamom. Lovely.
In the mouth: spicy, slightly hoppy, flush with some citrusy fruit flavors, and Belgian yeast character. Bubblegum and candied apricot. Quite uniquely tasty. Just delicious.
