 Cigar City Jai Alai Double IPA. 

10% ABV, Cigar City Brewing, Tampa, FL. 

Clearish, bright orange, large, lush ivory head. 

In the nose: rich and caramelly, candied fruit, stone fruits (apricot, peach), with a touch of smoke. 

In the mouth: big and bountiful, highly hopped, hugely bitter. Drips delectably down the palate. More stone fruit, ripe and rich, boisterous, blistering, searing…a little on the thick side, but I like this style of DIPA. Bring it on, I say.
