5 % ABV. Modist Brewing, Minneapolis, MN.
Clear, bright golden, ample offering of ivory froth.
In the nose: Nicely hoppy. Citrus and berries. Slightly sweet, altogether pleasant.
In the mouth: Soft and supple approach on the palate. Mild hop bitterness, easy entry, easier going down. Bits of berries meets the citrus smack. Cracker-y malt character. Medium/lightish bodied. Ever so quenchable.
Not a bad little pale ale, here. This crowler was gone in no time.
This crisp creature is slightly dry with complexities that include a biscuity, malty body and notes of strawberry candy, lemon-lime, and grapefruit pith.
