Able Aprikos. Ale brewed with Kviek yeast and fermented on apricots.
Able Seedhouse + Brewery, Minneapolis, MN.
Clear, pale apricot color, lush and lasting ivory head.
In the nose: Slightly tart, softly fruity. Apricot is fairly faint.
In the mouth: Starts off just a little bit tart, then a hint of apricot rolls in. Apricot flavor is there, but very delicate. Interesting. That's all I have to say. Not good, not bad, but interesting. Light bodied, Easy enough drinking. Light wheat texture. But I'm not even slightly compelled to seek out another after finishing this.
