16.6 % ABV. Copperhead Brewery, Conroe, TX.
Solid blackness, complete opacity, slim brown ring of foam atop.
In the nose: Vast bourbon notes, vanilla, caramel, cocoa, oak. Deep and rich.
In the mouth: Massive malt. Quickly coming alcohol. Rich and delicious. Dark fruits, chocolate, berries, vanilla, Big and beautiful. Huge body, wonderful balance, while still outsized and bombastic. Boom, boom, boom, boom. Whoa.
Style: Imperial Stout
ABV: 5% {I'm going to call typo on this one.}
Bitterness: 100 IBUs
Profile: Brewed with Brown Sugar, Aged on Cocoa Nibs, Intense Chocolate, Coffee and Caramel Toffee flavors.
