Junkyard If I Asked You Would You Wanna? I.P.A. Brewed using El Dorado "Incognito" extract and Mosaic "spectrum" extract. 

7.4 % ABV, Junkyard Brewing, Moorhead, MN. 

Hazy, dull yellow, slim, but lasting, ivory head. 

In the nose: more haze. Yeast protein sits under citrus and tropical notes. 

In the mouth: Juicy fruit! Fresh and vibrant. Big and bright. Plenty of citrus, with a touch of the tropical. Grapefruit and orange, with a dash of pineapple. Plenty of hop flavor, with low bitterness. Medium bodied, long, hoppy finish. 

This is a tasty beer, for sure, but I always miss the bitterness. It's just not an IPA without some bitterness. 

“If I Asked You, Would You Wanna” is brighter, smoother, and more complex than any IPA you have had, thanks to the addition of a new liquid hop product we’ve never used! 

You’re probably wondering what is so great about this new cutting-edge hop product? Well, think of hop pellets but in 100% pure liquid hop form… you still get all the amazing qualities you love in an IPA but with sweeter, more specific flavors and aromas and less of a leafy green backbone. 

If the idea of an IPA bursting with bright, smooth, full flavors isn’t enough - This new IPA was created using a combination of two of these new, cutting-edge hop products, Incognito and Spectrum.
