6.9 % ABV. No. 12 Cider House, Minneapolis, MN.
Here we have sample number two that I received last week from this newish cider-y in downtown Minneapolis, which I really do intend to visit soon.
Clear, pale yellow/slightly greenish, no head.
In the nose: Slightly tart, bright and apple-y. Big fruit, low sweet, nearly dry.
In the mouth: Crisp, delicious, and bone dry. Light bodied, easily drunk, and refreshing. Quite nice. If you're looking for a tart, dry one, look no further.
Tasting Notes: Champagne-like, slightly tart, hard and soft tannins
Apples: Connell Red, Cortland, Dolgo Crabapple, Fireside, Haralson, Honeycrisp, Honeygold, Keepsake, McIntosh, Regent
