In the mouth: Just a little juicy, with a brief bitter blast on the palate. A cornucopia of deliciousness ensues: grapefruit, peach, apricot, lemon. A touch of sweet to swim with the bitter. Lightish bodied, long lasting pleasure. This is a pretty perfect pale ale. I recommend it to one and all. Good pale ale and you surely can drink it.
