BlackStack Piano Lessons DIPA.
8.1 ABV. BlackStack Brewing, St. Paul, MN.
Lightly Hazed, bright golden hue, large and lasting ivory head.
In the nose: fresh and fruity, some citrus notes, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple.
In the mouth: zesty, bright and fun. Citrus splash on the palate. Bitterness lays into the and slides on back before fading off. Medium bodied, light and easy drinking. Those aren’t things that I like to say about a double IPA. Finishes sweet. Another thing I hate to say about a DIPA. Ho hum.
How much did you practice this week? Be honest. Diligent additions of Hand-Selected Citra Cryo, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo, with a sprinkle of Sabro. I swear, it sounded way better at home. Can i switch to guitar?
