Clear, amber/copper color, slim white head.
In the nose: Sweet malt pops up first, nice and toasty, caramel-y, certainly in marzen-style. Quite nice.
In the mouth: More of the same. Mostly malty, clean, with brisk bitterness. Not too sweet, just right. Crisp. Toasty. Caramel-y. Smooth and lovely. This is yum. Even yum a dum dum.
Clean, smooth, light, tasty. Good beer and you can drink it.
