Outstate Bucket Pale Ale.
6.2 % ABV, 32 IBU. Outstate Brewing, Fergus Falls, MN.
Clear, bright golden hue, slim white head.
In the nose: a brisk, citrusy delight. Nicely hopped.
In the mouth: slight bitterness snaps at the front, then it’s all mellow. Lemon, lime, orange does a tasty fandango on the tongue, then it’s nothing but smooth all the way down. Bitterness lingers on the palate, but that’s the way I like it. Medium body, excellent balance, superior drinkability, just like any good pale ale ought to be.
Experience the best of both worlds. A perfect balance between malt and hops, this classic pale ale showcases medium caramel sweetness and finishes with a citrusy orange hoppiness from Amarillo hops.
Hoppy, Malty, Caramel, Citrus, Bright
