St. Feuillien Seven unfiltered Amber Ale.
7% ABV. 28 IBU. Brasserie St. Feuillien, La Roeulx, Wallonia, Belgium.
Clouded, amber hue, small white head.
In the nose: spicy at the start, citrusy, too. Belgian yeast rises up and it’s own magic. Delightful.
In the mouth: rich and smooth at once, hoppy and fruity, too. Bright and beautiful. Apricot and peach join orange and lemon in the flavor, with a smattering of spice, good and malty for the win. A tasty treat that can’t be beat.
Unfiltered amber beer.
