Clear, dark amber, nearly crimson colored, big ol' white head, leaving lace and looking nice.
In the nose: Bright and fruity. Slightly sweet. Berry-licious. What's the hops? We'll find out later. But I like it.
In the mouth: More sweet, more fruit, more berry, and just enough bitterness to keep it interesting. Sweet keeps it's distance, and it ends up on the dry side. Medium bodied, easy-drinking, utterly delightful. Clean and lovely. I enjoyed this crowler all the way down. Very nice Brut IPA.
Hallertau Blanc hops are simple and crisp, and our brewers’ magic in the mash tun create a dry finish in this IPA, just like your favorite Brüt champagne.
