New Belgium Voodoo Ranger IPA

New Belgium Voodoo Ranger IPA. 7% ABV, 50 IBU. New Belgium Brewing, Fort Collins, Colorado, & other places.

You guys. It seems that I have reviewed at least 3 different New Belgium  beers with the Voodoo Ranger named attached to them, but not once the Voodoo Ranger IPA. I will now attempt to rectify this.

Clear, bright golden color, lasting ivory head on top, leaving some lacing.

In the nose: Dank. Citrusy. Fruity. Gots all the hops. Has everything a hophead like me desires.

In the mouth: moderate hop bitterness blasts the palate at first, then all is smooth and mellow. Nice malt ballast below. Crisp, clean, cracker-y. I like it. Good IPA and you can drink it. Smooth, hoppy, and ever-so lovely.

Bursting with tropical aromas and juicy fruit flavors from Mosaic and Amarillo hops, this golden IPA is perfectly bitter with a refreshing, sublime finish.
