Clear-ish, bright golden color, slim white head.In the nose: Screaming citrus. Grapefruit, lemon, orange. Bold and bitter hoppiness here, just the way I like it. Bring it on, man!
In the mouth: Sharp bitterness hangs high in the roof of the mouth and all over the palate. All the citrusy/piney goodness glides along the mouth. Starts out acerbic, then melts into mellow. But a mellow with a bitter bite.
This one is my kind of IPA. It's great to get a taste of that again, away from the milkshakes and the NE's and the hazy and juicy's and such. Good old bitter and refreshing, intensely hoppy and tasty as it gets. Love it. Make some more, and I'll drink it more.
