Able Raspberry Hibiscus Wheat Ale.
5% ABV. Able Seedhouse + Brewery, Minneapolis, MN.
Clouded, light crimson color, perfect raspberry tint, slim white head on top.
In the nose: Tart and sweet, together. Berries are here, with a hint of hibiscus.
In the mouth: again, tart starts it off, with sweet berries behind. Fruit and tart at play on the palate. Minor bitterness, medium bodied, with a soft, dry finish. Smooth, refreshing, well-balanced. Never too anything, this, and easily enjoyed.
Wheat Ale conditioned on Raspberry and finished with Hibiscus
