Drumconrath Gaelforce IPA.
6.5% ABV, 72 IBU, Drumconrath Brewing, Fargo, ND. Clear, bright ruby red coloring, fine beige head,
In the nose: soft, malty, light bitterness. Some sweetness.
In the mouth: starts off malty, sweet, spicy. Grassy/ citrusy hop play on the palate, mixed with a slightly sweet malt flavor. This is the kind of American IPA who don't see much anymore. Almost a mix of an IPA with an Irish Red Ale. And I can dig it.
