Ommegang Neon Lights Hazy IPA.
Here I am, having another hazy, but only because it’s Ommegang.
Lightly hazy. Bright golden hue, slim white head.
In the nose: citrus and spice. Lemon in charge.
In the mouth: lean and lemony. It’s all about the citrus here, with some tropical on the side. Light bodied, lower alcohol...is this a session hazy? Hop bitterness is low, everything is smooth and easy-going. Do I like it, despite that it is the two styles of IPA that I eschew the most? Can't say that I do.
Phosphorescent fruit aromas fly in this juicy, sessionable New England style IPA. Bright, refreshing, and vividly Dry Hopped, it’s unfiltered glow will illuminate your senses. India Pale Ale. Hops: Citra. Mosaic. Topaz. Simcoe.
